Guarantee

The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. 

After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

If the battery decays by more than 50% or experiences power outages or other quality issues (excluding human factors), a new battery will be replaced free of charge within 6 months, from July to December. (Free warranty)

If the motor malfunctions during normal use and cannot be used, it will be replaced free of charge within 6 months, with a 7-12 [free warranty]. (Do not replace when water enters).

Note:

1.All after-sales issues, pictures and videos are required 
2. All parts of the vehicle will be strictly guaranteed according to the warranty terms and conditions.
3. Unauthorized modification of controllers, batteries, chargers, and other components is not eligible for warranty.
4. Gifts, consumables, and packaging accessories are not covered by the warranty. 
5. Damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.
